We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please inspect your order when it is delivered and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong.
Eligible refund or replacement cases
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be available when an item is damaged on arrival, incorrect, missing from the order, expired, or not delivered due to an issue confirmed by our team.
To help us review your request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible and provide your order number, phone number, issue details, and clear photos or video if relevant.
Non-refundable items and exceptions
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or tampered products are generally not eligible for refund or exchange unless the issue is caused by our fulfillment process or the product is confirmed faulty.
Refunds are not normally available for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, refusal to provide required verification, failed delivery caused by incorrect contact details, or products purchased from another seller.
Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and other delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return, refund, or replacement is required because of our error.
Refund review process
After we receive your request, our team will review the order information and may ask for additional photos, video, product details, or delivery confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit/replacement when appropriate.
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. We will confirm the approved solution before processing it.
