What you are actually paying extra for
Most pages selling the ILUMA i Prime imply it performs better than the ILUMA i Standard. It does not, and you should know that before you spend the difference.
The two devices are mechanically the same. Same touch screen. Same FlexPuff, adding up to 4 puffs beyond the standard 14. Same FlexBattery with Eco and Performance modes. Same Pause mode, up to 8 minutes, Performance mode only. Same 20 second preheat, same session of up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, same 3 consecutive uses from the holder and up to 20 from the pocket charger. Insert a TEREA stick and both behave identically.
What differs is the pocket charger. On the Prime it is the object you hold in your hand, take out at a table and leave on a desk, and IQOS finishes it accordingly. That is the product. If the finish matters to you, the Prime is worth it. If it does not, the ILUMA i Standard gives you the identical experience for less.
We would rather tell you that and sell you the right one than sell you the Prime on a promise the device does not keep.

The five finishes
On a device where the shell is the product, the finish is the decision. Midnight Black and Breeze Blue are the two standard-range finishes and sit at the lower price. Aspen Green is the muted green IQOS brought in with this line and carries a small premium. Garnet Red is a limited run, so once it sells through it is not restocked. Electric Purple is the metallic one.
Nothing under the shell changes between them, which is exactly why the Prime exists as a separate model.
IQOS also released a Minera limited edition in this line that we do not currently stock. If that is the one you want, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can source it.
What comes in the kit
The box holds the ILUMA i Prime holder, the ILUMA i Prime pocket charger and a charging cable. The kit carries a one year device warranty. It charges over USB-C.
Nothing else is required to start. Sticks are sold separately, and you can add a carton to the same order from our TEREA flavors range so it arrives in the same delivery.

Three models share the ILUMA i generation. The ILUMA i One is the all in one unit with no touch screen, from AED 169. The ILUMA i Standard has every smart feature at AED 265. This Prime is that same Standard in a better shell, from AED 350.
