Why Choose a One-Piece ILUMA
The two-part ILUMA kits give you two sessions from the holder, then the holder has to go back into its charger. The ILUMA ONE works differently. The battery sits in the same body you hold, so you can use it session after session until the battery runs out, up to about 20 in total. There is nothing to dock between sticks.
That suits a few kinds of people well. If you use several sticks close together, you will not wait on a holder to recharge. If you like to travel light, there is only one item in your pocket and one cable to pack. And if you are buying your first ILUMA, it is the lowest-cost way into the ILUMA range in our store.
The trade-off is size in the hand. At 68.5 g and 121.6 mm long, the ILUMA ONE is heavier and a little thicker than the holder of a two-part kit, because you are holding the battery too. If you want the lightest thing between your fingers, a two-part IQOS ILUMA Standard kit is the better match.

ILUMA ONE or ILUMA i ONE? Do Not Mix Them Up
The names are one letter apart, so this is worth a minute. The ILUMA ONE on this page is the original model. The ILUMA i ONE is the newer generation of the same one-piece idea. Both give up to 20 uses per charge and both take about 1 hour 30 minutes to charge. The main thing the i ONE adds is FlexPuff, which adjusts to the way you draw and can give up to 4 extra puffs in a session.
Here is the part we want to be honest about. In our store the IQOS ILUMA i ONE starts at AED 160, which is AED 10 less than the original ILUMA ONE. If you do not mind which generation you get, the i ONE is the better value today.

The original ILUMA ONE still makes sense if you want one of its limited edition colors, such as WE, Oasis, Neon or Bright, at the same price as a core color. It is also the right pick if you already use one and want a matching second device.
How to Use the IQOS ILUMA ONE
- Charge the device fully with the USB-C cable before first use. This takes around 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Insert a TEREA stick into the top of the device until it reaches the line on the filter.
- Press the button, or let the device start heating on its own if autostart is on.
- Wait for the vibration that tells you preheating is finished, then start.
- After about 6 minutes or 14 puffs, the session ends. Pull the stick straight out.
- Insert the next stick whenever you are ready. There is no docking step.
One habit that helps the battery in the UAE: do not leave the device in a parked car or in direct sun. Lithium batteries do not like high heat, and summer car interiors get very hot.
Before You Buy an ILUMA ONE in the UAE
Check the name on the box. Make sure it says ILUMA ONE if that is the model you want, not ILUMA i ONE, and the other way round. Sellers sometimes mix the two in listings.
Use TEREA sticks only. The ILUMA ONE heats a metal element sealed inside each TEREA stick. HEETS do not have that element, so they will not heat, and IQOS advises against using them. See our full TEREA flavors collection.
Sealed stock. Every device we ship is new and factory sealed. Check the seal on arrival and message us right away if anything looks wrong.
Payment. Cash on delivery is preferred. Card and wallet payments add a 5% government tax at checkout. Bank transfer has no extra charge.
